I was wondering how you manage your end users' login to your help centers and having a central place where they can have an overview of the tickets they submit.
I appreciate any input, thanks.
End users have the option of submitting and tracking requests in the help center Customer Portal. There is also the option of Restricting help center access to signed-in end-users and our Help center guide for end users.
Furthermore I can also recommend our article on Configuring end user access and sign-in with more details on the general setup in the account for end users.
You can then for example also create an Explore report, to see the End users that logged in over the last 30 days.
