Satisfaction Rating Landing Page improvement

Recently, we updated our default CSAT emails by customizing the satisfaction buttons.
I noticed that when a user presses either Good or Bad (presented with a placeholder in the email) the consecutive steps are not very clear from a UX point of view.
Customers are taken to the satisfaction rating landing page (which is unfortunately non-customizable) and receive a message that their rating is logged (which on most occasions actually takes some time).
Do you think it would be better if a message similar to "Thanks for sharing your feedback" is included in the landing page directly so it does not get dismissed? Customers should fully know that their rating was received and no further actions are needed. When testing, I actually had to contact support to make sure that the option is working properly.
