Product Feedback: add more values to "Type" ticket field

Hello Guys,

Hope you are doing well.

In our efforts to increasing customer experience and feedback tracking we would like to add “Feedback” under the "Type" of interactions.

Currently I see that we cannot add more values to "Type" ticket field. Please consider this feedback in your future developments.

Hey Ivana, we sometime leave posts open for comment that are not currently planned to give customers the opportunity to provide use cases and their votes. Our product teams appreciate the continued conversation so that they may have more up to date information on customer interest for a particular feature request, should they choose to revisit it in the future. Are there any creative 'work arounds' that anyone may have applied? I need to address this sooner rather than later. Thanks all for any help or creative ideas.

+1 - this is also a need for our team. We had to use a macro to add a tag but tags do not show in the columns for the view so we can't see on first glance, which is a task vrs a project

I would like to add the text, 'Project' to the basic list of Ticket Types:

We have used Zendesk for years, and don't want to create a custom Type since our old tickets wouldn't have the new, custom field populated with the standard 'Type' values. Therefore, it would be enormously helpful to be able to add a new type to the existing, standard values.

Are there any suggestions for another approach that might work for my needs?
