Redact attachments from all emails GDPR.

Is there a feature/should there be a feature to remove all attachments from tickets? 

As per GDPR, we should be able to have an option to remove attachments from all tickets so that peoples information is not accidentally left in a ticket. We do redact tickets, but some may slip through. 

There is an application called send safely, however, there should be an option on the redaction app for this, as it makes a lot of sense.

Thomas Johnson if you need to redact all attachments and don't want anything to slip through, you can checkout the Auto-Remove Attachments app. It does what it says: automatically delete attachments from tickets so your team doesn't have to worry about it.

In the event the attachments are needed to manage the ticket, but you want them removed after; or you want to remove them when they include certain details (ie if an end user submits a PO with credit card info), the Zendesk ticket redaction app can handle it. This doesn't auto-remove, but also allows for redaction of both attachments and text in the ticket.
