Left parentheses not typing
Hello,
Curious if anyone else is seeing this bizarre issue. The { and the [ and the ( characters are not typing in our tickets, public reply and internal note. All the right characters are, we can close the loop, we just cannot open them.
If we copy and paste from a word document they appear, they just won't natively type.

We are on Windows and these characters are not typing in either Chrome or Edge with all extensions disabled. In November we lost the use of natively typing quotation marks and I submitted a query.

We are experiencing the exact same thing! All of our users of Zendesk are! Just started happening that I noticed in the last three weeks.

This is a bug. Confirmed by several agents here, it started a few days ago.

Pop up dev tools in Chrome, right click the refresh button > Empty cache and hard refresh fixed it for me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Tried with no luck. Also tried disabling all Chrome extensions, clearing browsing history/cache/cookies for all time, closing and reopening Chrome then re-enabling all extensions. That worked for about three days.

We were able to solve it permanently, by disabling the pro keys extension. Haven't had a problem with it since!

That did it. Seems like ProKeys and Zendesk are not playing nice in the sandbox anymore.

Same issue for us! No add-ons, tried restarting and clearing cache but no solution! Flagged with Zendesk Support but they didn't see it as an issue!
