The next Zendesk Administrator User Group meeting is coming up on Wednesday, February 22! Whether you are a part-time, full-time, or no-time Zendesk Administrator, this is the user-group for you.

We welcome everyone interested in connecting with other Zendesk administrators. This will be a fun place to expand your knowledge of Zendesk and help move your organization forward in their CX Journey.

For the second month in a row, I cannot get into the event.

 

When I go to the link that I received in my registration confirmation email, I see the msg "Sorry, registration is currently closed" despite the fact that I have obviously already registered (and have the confirmation email.)

So sorry about that, Nikki! Thanks for letting us know. It sounds like the settings for that event need to be adjusted. I hope you'll give us one more chance at the March event

Thanks @... - I assume that some people made it in. Do you know what the issue is so that we can be sure that it's resolved before next month?

I'm trying to narrow it down. To help with that, I have a couple of questions for you: 

1) Which browser were you using? 

2) Were you on a VPN? 

3) Were you logged in to the site using the same email that you registered with?

1) Google Chrome, currently: Version 109.0.5414.119 (Official Build) (arm64)

3) our email addresses recently changed from .co to .com - this is probably the issue. I just checked, and it looks like my profile here on ZD support is accurately set to .com but the email confirmation I received came to .co

I have already registered for March, and the email came to .co -- so I just went to RSVP again with .com and it tells me that there's already an attendee registered with this email. But I don't think I have a confirmation email to the .com

Will you please check if I have two registrations, for nikki@timestudy.com AND nikki@timestudy.co ?

If only one, maybe you could make sure that it is set with .com instead of .co ?

Hey Nikki, sorry that you've experienced these issues! I can see that there are two accounts under your name on our User Group site (.com and .co) and that you've signed up for the March event with your '.com' email address. 

I think having two accounts could be the issue and think it best to delete one of these email addresses (probably the .co) from the system. 

Let me know and I'll see if I can resend you a notification email from the User Group site to confirm that it's working properly.

Can you go ahead and take care of the .co email address for me? I doubt I can do it myself since I always log in with Google SSO, and my google SSO obviously changed from .co to .com and I can't log in with .co anymore. 

And yes, go ahead and resend me the notification email.

Hey Nikki, 

I think we've got everything taken care of on our end. You should have received the confirmation email, sent to your '.com' address. Also, I've deleted the '.co' from the system as well as removed that profile from other events just to make sure to tie up loose ends. 

Let me know if you haven't received that confirmation email. Hope this takes care of it!
