Changing/Translating System Texts

Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to change or translate the system texts in Zendesk. We're using Zendesk, but some of the default text is not quite what we're looking for. We would like to customize or translate some of the system texts, so that they're more in line with our brand and messaging.
We've looked through the settings and documentation, but we haven't been able to find a clear answer on whether this is possible. Has anyone else been able to change or translate the system texts in Zendesk? If so, could you share any tips or resources that might be helpful?

Are you talking about customer facing fields and forms, or something else?
I believe all system fields have a customer facing value that can be modified and even translated using Dynamic Content.

Hi,
I'm talking about system texts within Zendesk - eg. ticket/billet/anmodning in the support agent workspace and guide.
We would rather call them henvendelse or something similar

Quite a bit of the Swedish system localization content is rather unsatisfactory and confusing. Both in customer facing parts as well as in admin. If it can't be changed by ourselves, should we somehow let Zendesk know so it can be improved? Raise a ticket? What is the expected turnaround on such localization fixes?
