We've got a LOT of exciting things coming up for Zendesk users in March! Check out the list below and be sure to register for anything that sounds interesting to you: 

  • Wednesday, March 8 -  What’s New 
    During 2023’s first What’s New product update, we’ll share our latest innovations and releases to kick off the year.

  • Wednesday, March 15 -  Enterprise User Group: Scaling Best Practices: Going from startup mentality to enterprise scaling

    Zendesk is great at fitting into a business, regardless of its scale and stage of business. From Startup to Global Enterprise, Zendesk is well positioned to grow with you as your business grows.

    Let's talk about things to watch for, things to build early and iterate, and best-practices to establish from the get-go so when your business makes it big you're ready to handle the workload.


  • Thursday, March 16 - Spain User Group: Hay una app para eso (There's an app for that) 
    Share about apps you're using with your Zendesk workflows and hear from other group members about they apps they've tried.

  • Tuesday, March 21 - Community Managers User Group: Community & events

    We welcome everyone interested in connecting with other Zendesk administrators. This will be a fun place to expand your knowledge of Zendesk and help move your organization forward in their CX Journey.

    This month's topic will center around Exploring Explore.

 

  • Wednesday, March 22 - German User Group: Erstes Terffen der Deutschen Zendesk User Group

  • Wednesday, March 29: Malaysia User Group: Starting a User Group in APAC

    We are building a community of Zendesk users in Malaysia led by the users themselves. Join our introductory meeting to get to know each other, build bridges among like-minded professionals, and discuss Zendesk CX trends for 2023.


  • Friday, March 31: Developer User Group: Initial Meeting
    If you are curious about Zendesk development, such as ZIS, ZCLI, Python, Liquid Markup, Zendesk Sunshine, etc, then you are in the right place! This is our first meeting and the intention is to meet each other and find out what the hot topics may be and what interests there are within the group.
