The "Jump to latest message" button can be very useful, but I would like for there to be a way for it to toggle on and off / cleared, as the window to view tickets is already so small it monopolizes some of the only space available to view the messages. I contacted support but they informed me that this is not a feature but I can post here to hopefully see if there is a workaround that anyone has been able to implement, or possibly this could be added to the roadmap by product management.

agree. it's annoying - in the middle of the page covering part of the text you read. Move it to the left or right edge. To the right - there's also not empty space for it, and it will also cover part of the text. So, possibly, let it appear only on mouse hover in the area. 
make it a small arrow icon instead of a huge button.
But generally, i'd disable it at all. Why do you need that. I see no problem using PageDown hotkeys or drag the scroll bar thumb.

This bouncing arrow is so annoying, it keeps distracting from focusing on the actual ticket, and takes up precious UI space to actually read the ticket.

We've had our support team mention this too. I appreciate the last post was nearly a year ago with the Modernized Conversational Experience beta but was there any update on this being released fully?
