We are loving the new custom statuses feature! However, we found a limitation that makes it difficult to provide good reports to our clients. We send our clients reports (exported Views) of their current open tickets and do a review with them on a regular basis. There are two standard Ticket Status columns available in Views - one that uses the color coding and one that does not. Neither column exports properly.. the color coded column only exports the status category and the other column only exports the field entry ID. Neither are useful to our clients.
I am able to "reproduce" the report in Explore so our clients can get the data they need. However, we would really like to get this functionality corrected for ease of use for our team.
