Seeing as the other post is now closed, I would like to know if there's a way to add a Submit a Request Button in a different location to the default? The default top right location is small and not very obvious, which is surprising given the support portal is predominately used to raise support requests.
The previous post does explain how to add a button in the form of a category, however, those instructions don't seem to transfer you to the redirected new request page.
When I add the advised code into the home page, it effectively breaks the other category links and routes them all to the category that was created to get the new Submit a Request button.
