Can we know who voted up or voted down on my article?

    Capturing votes on an individual level isn’t a feasible path due to compliance issues; anonymous users can vote as well, however, we don’t record any personal data about these visitors.
     
    I've taken a look and found that other users are discussing similar needs here:
     
    Detailed information about posts, e.g. who voted directly within Zendesk
     
    You can up-vote that original post and add your detailed use-case to the conversation. Threads with a high level of engagement ultimately get flagged for product managers to review when they go through roadmap planning.
