Hello everyone! We're considering updating our Taskade contact form (https://www.taskade.com/contact) to a Zendesk contact form (http://help.taskade.com/), but we're finding that integrating it through email piping is the only straightforward method.
Ideally, we'd like to offer auto-suggestions and knowledge base articles from Taskade based on user queries as they type on https://www.taskade.com/contact.
Is this feature possible or planned for the near future? For reference, please visit https://www.taskade.com/feedback, which showcases an embedded widget from canny.io. We'd love to see a similar solution from Zendesk for our contact submission forms.

In Zendesk, end users are provided with a default HTML form for submitting tickets. You can embed this ticket form to your website.
With the use of Answer bot, you can add Answer Bot Article Recommendations to your web-based ticket forms. When enabled, if an end user submits a support request through your help center’s submission form, a pop-up modal offers them suggestions for articles that they may find useful.
Please note that recommended articles are articles from your Help Center built with Zendesk Guide.
