    Hello Adam Leeflang,

    Your community, help center, and support users are the same. So, this can be achieved by disabling this option:

     

    this will disable the signup feature completely. However, that would also prevent non-approved users from submitting tickets.

    I am not a Gather expert, so perhaps someone else have a workaround?
