  Zendesk Product Manager Paul Lalonde will walk you through the functionality you can use to deliver personalized experiences at scale without adding cost to your plan. He’ll cover both out-of-the-box Messaging functionally as well as more advanced ways it can be extended using the Sunshine Conversations platform. Paul will be joined by Community Moderator Brandon Tidd from Zendesk Partner 729 Solutions, who will discuss how his company utilizes Messaging and share some examples.
