Product feedback: tables in side conversations

Hi,

Currently there is no table as Text formatting option in Zendesk Side Conversations and our team would love to see it added.

In our use case we need to do a lot of escalations to different legal departments and it will be beneficial to have an option to create a table in Side Conversation (via macros) and let agents just fill in blank cells.

Hey all. Tables are definitely something we'd love to support in side conversations in the future. At this point we've done some initial research into what it would take to support tables being inserted from macros (not yet full creation from the side conversations editor), and it's looking pretty good. We still have some further investigation into some details and styling issues and whatnot, so no timeframe yet, but I think we'll be able to get there. I've recorded all of your feedback with the issue that we're working on.
