Zendesk support and chat on a mobile device

What do we need to get our Zendesk support and chat running on mobile devices? All our agents have installed the app, but we cannot use it because the login doesn't work.

Hi Tanya,

Thanks for reaching out. Once your agents have a valid log in to Zendesk, they should be able to use our mobile apps, just make sure that the setting is enabled in admin center. More details here.
