Multiple series for Ticket nummber

We get tickets for issues multiple clients but the concern/issue is related to same concern.

We use to escalate this to development team while escalating/assigning to development instead of assigning N number of tickets We want to create one ticket with case details and assign this to development.

so for this I want unique series so that can manage escalated tickets easily and wont create mess at escalation level.
