Accessibility feature addition

We're looking to migrate over to Agent Workspaces soon so we were tinkering with our sandbox to see if one of our colleagues, who is blind, will have any issues with the new interface. Everything is more or less ok except for the left most panel (with brand, assignee, and other customer information). He has to tab for a exceptionally long time and still cannot find this panel easily. We believe if the "Show Panel"/"Hide Panel" divider is better labeled, he won't have as much trouble with accessing the left panel.

Taylor - thx for reaching out. We really appreciate customer feedback. Sorry your colleague is encountering this issue.

We are in the middle of making a number of enhancements to our Agent Workspace, and easier navigation is a priority so we can make the very kind of situation you describe more straightforward.

We have some ideas for a temporary workaround, but please can I ask you to file a support ticket:

  • include the specific details of your colleague's OS / browser / screen reader 
  • and finally, to help expedite say pls include "route to the  Product Accessibility team" in the body.
