I hope this message finds you well. I recently started using Zendesk Suite for my business and I'm looking for some guidance and assistance with the integration and customization process. Can you please provide step-by-step instructions on how to integrate Zendesk Suite with our existing systems? We have a CRM platform and a customer database that we would like to connect to Zendesk Suite for a seamless experience. What are the best practices for integrating these systems? Kindly help me so I can integrate it with my website.
