Issues having my end user account deleted with one of Zendesk's customer

Hello,

One of Zendesk's customer (ChangeNOW) is telling my that I need to ask Zendesk directly if I want my end user account deleted on their help center. It's kind of ridiculous but I really don't know what to do except posting here.

    The deletion only concerns my help center (Zendesk) account, since I don't even have an account on the Change Now platform.

    I'm sorry but that won't be possible, since i'm not the admin of this help center. Account deletion is to be made by the helpcenter's admin.

    As you contacted ChangeNOW support team we can only delete an accounts related to us. As we mentioned earlier, in this case, we kindly ask you to contact Zendesk directly.

Hi alunyhb -  the deletion of the end user profile needs to be done by the Admin of the ChangeNow company under their ZD Instance.

Zendesk team won't be able to delete your profile from their company Zendesk instance.

I do know that they are the ones supposed to delete my profile but they don't seem to know it themselves since they tell me to ask Zendesk. Hence me trying to find help here because they won't listen. Having this account removed is important to me since it's my data and it is protected under GDPR.

Would it possible for someone at Zendesk to contact them?

I don't think Zendesk will contact them instead they can contact support team. Please see below link:
