How do I assign default Groups by agent?

I have two Groups that I created from Zendesk Admin.

Although I have put each agent in one of these two groups, 

of course, they are also under the Zendesk Default group, which is called Support. So, each agent is in two groups. 

However, when they work on tickets, I want to have their default group be one of the two that I created and not the Zendesk Default group, "Support", without them actually having to think about choosing the group when they assign themselves to a ticket.

If you have multiple groups, you can view or change a team member's default group from their user profile. For more information, please see this article: Changing the default group for your account or a team member.
