WHERE IS ZENDESK SUPPORT????

Holy crap is support HORRIBLE now. I haven't needed it in a while but I remember when I could actually chat with someone. We pay for this service, right? I am waiting days for replies. Going on a week since my last one. THIS IS REALLY BAD. If I gave even a little bit of this level of support I'd be out of business in no time.
