The ability to add more Views in the dashbord

Having the ability to include an unlimited number of views is crucial for our operations. We leverage these views to monitor the workload of each agent. Given that we manage tickets both automatically and manually, it's essential for us to be able to create as many views as the number of our agents. At the moment, the main dashboard allows for 12 views while personal dashboards accommodate 8, which is insufficient as our company expands.
The rationale behind this restriction is unclear to us, considering that lifting the limit on views should not impose any extra cost on Zendesk.
Can you please review this feature and maybe lift the limit or give us an alternative?
