Bug report: clicking button "summarize" does give no effect

Hi team,

We recently enabled the Intelligence EAP feature and ready to give some feedback about this button in tickets:

Clicking it now does not give any effect. It's expected to see some additional window with summary or Intelligence panel is opened.
