Users PRofile no longer showing Guide, or Reporting Icons

We have a end user who use to be able to view reports. He had the 2 icons on the left hand menu page but now they illuminate then dissapear when he goes onthe home page. He has the admin access to view reports. But we had to send him a seperate link to do so. Any idea as to why the two icons will not show?

Jabari Sparkman - is there a change with the user role in Zendesk? Only reason I am seeing is the user has Light Agent access which has more on view access only.

For light agents they can view the report you're sending using explore report URL or dashboard so long as you have shared the report to him/her.

See below. The user states he was able to click the icon before. there was no change to his role before this.

Hi Jabari! It' difficult to say exactly what may have happened here...permissions can be changed for different roles or groups in a number of different areas, so troubleshooting this in the community will be a lot of guessing. I would recommend that your admin reaches out to our Advocacy team by following the instructions here and they should be able to get him sorted out!
