Zendesk Apps: Monday.com

Our team have been using Apps: Trello so far, but we will be using Apps: Monday.com from next week. 

Before we have checked Trello link from the right side of Zendesk ticket, but when we tried the same setting with Monday.com, we cannot find the Monday.com link or Apps in the Zendesk ticket page.

We already linked Monday.com to our Zendesk.

Please tell us how we could check our Monday.com link in the Zendesk ticket page.

We want it to be shown in the Apps(right side of the Zendesk ticket).

    The Monday.com-Zendesk integration was built by the Monday.com team.  For questions about specific features, I recommend reaching out to their support team.

    Hey Ari - We recently launched the monday.com app on Zendesk marketplace, that let's you see monday items inside your Zendesk tickets, sync comments across both tools and create items , check status etc from Zendesk. Please have a look and let me know if you have any questions -
