Ineffective screen space usage

Hi! Current screen usage in the ticketing system is ineffective. Some panels are unnecessary and can cover a significant portion of the screen real estate without providing a way to easily close them. That makes reading the tickets more difficult than it has to be. Please see the screenshot with an example.

I couldn't wait for Zendesk to fix this so I started fixing it myself through a Chrome Extension: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/zendesk-tweaker/chbflfgphlionkbohnpeoobgkkpidlin

 

So far, it can move the info bars like “Follow-up to ticket …”, “Follow ups …”, and some others out of the way. The follow-up ticket links are displayed on the upper panel instead of cluttering the working area:

It works fine for my personal use case, but there may be bugs, so use it at your own risk.
