We want to make sure we fully understand your use case for needing this feature. What kind of user fields are you hoping to show and display to your end users?
Also, where do you plan to display the user fields? Are you referring to when viewing their user profile in the Help Center portal or tracking and viewing their submitted requests?

Hi there,
We are in the business of reselling AWS services.
We ask end users to manually enter their AWS account ID in a custom field when they first contact us.
On the other hand, we link the end-user's Zendesk account to our customer database, so that the AWS account ID is entered in the user field.

If we could show the user field to the customer, we thought it would be possible for the customer to select the AWS account ID without having to manually enter it.

I understand that you wanted to display the custom user field in an end-user form. I am afraid that this is not possible as of the moment. Custom user fields are intended to be visible only to team members (Admins and Agents) and are not meant for end-user view.
