Twitter DM message not showing all messages

Hello,
I couldn't find any similar thread, but I can't believe only we are having this problem, so please excuse me if it exists :)
For example In Twitter
1. I write a message to my customer
2. My customer response me
3. In Zendesk creates a ticket, but in ticket shows only my customer's message
In corresponding ticket I want to see all conversation history of my customer.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issues? Is there a fix?

If you have proactively sent a message to your customer on Twitter, it is expected that the message will not be appended in the ticket thread. If you like to have the complete conversation transcript, kindly interact with the ticket that was created from the Twitter DM.
