Customer Context Panel: Option to enable it to stay open

We would like to have the option to enable the customer context panel to be open by default on tickets.

Same. Would like the option to set the customer context panel to open by default when agents open a ticket. I see the article to do this on the standard interface, but not when Agent Workspace is enabled.
