Early Access Program: Auto-Accept Functionality for live chat and messaging

Hello Community!

We're excited to launch the early access program (EAP) for our auto-accept feature in live chat and messaging. This will automate the acceptance of new conversations, boosting agent efficiency, ensuring optimal use of available capacity, and aiming for almost 100% acceptance rate. 

This EAP rollout started on October 02, 2023 and will end in mid November before being made available to everyone.
