Community Announcement: Zendesk's New Explore Dashboard Builder Transition

Hey Zendesk community,

We're introducing a new Explore Dashboard Builder for a simpler and more user-friendly dashboard creation experience. The transition will start no sooner than Q1 2024 and will occur in three phases over 12 months.

Join our PM Roundtable on November 2, 2023, to learn more about the new features and share your feedback. 

Key points about the transition:

• The beta builder will be generally available from Q1 2024.
• Existing reports are compatible with the new builder.
• A migration tool is being developed for easy transition.
• Classic builder dashboards will be accessible until the end of phase 3.
• Features at GA include exports, scheduled dashboards, tabs, and linked filters.
• Existing reports will not be deleted post-transition.
