Summary inaccurately references to customer and agent

The summary generally refers to the requester as "the customer" in the summary, even if it's an agent or a third party, which is out of context.

I've also noted that if the ticket requester refers to another conversation that they forward, then the summary refers to the requester as "the agent" - even though the requester is not an agent, which is also confusing and out of context.
