Transfer Account Ownership

Hi experts, our manager left the company but the Zendesk that we have was under him as the only account owner. We couldn't reach him and would like to know if it's possible to transfer the ownership to our new manager. Your input was highly appreciated.

Hi Elizabeth Chong thanks for reaching out! 

In the event that the account owner is not available, you can try to work first with your IT department to reset the owner’s email password so you can use it to log in to their Zendesk account. 

If this won't work as well, please contact us via Messaging to initiate a security review. Kindly note that security reviews are an intensive process and it may take a while for us to process this.
