Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to create a Zendesk ticket when one of our customers sends our return request form on our site?

This can be achieved by creating a custom ticket form using our Zendesk Ticketing API. Here's an article on how to create a custom Zendesk Ticket form Building a custom ticket form with the Ticketing API. Itshould forward the return request for that your dev team can manually code to your Zendesk account in order to create a ticket with the return form in it.
