Need help changing one of my brand's prefixes.

Hi all,
Hoping someone can help me here, I can't get a response from Zendesk on this for some reason.
Can someone tell me why I am getting the below error "Subdomain is not available". If I type other random words there, it works sometimes and then sometimes it doesn't. Trying to change it to either "Support" or "Learn". Both don't work.
Any insight you can give me is very appreciated!

Zendesk (Teste)
Nate Moss,
"Support" and "Learn" are a little bit generic and probably are in use for other Zendesk instance. Like "Support", that is the URL from Zendesk Official Help Center (support.zendesk.com).
This definition of Subdomain needs to be something unique each time. For example, "support-123" / "support-abc".
Suggestion >> If you cannot use something like "support-abc", a best practice is host mapping, so you can change the URL of your help center, with a subdomain of your own domain (such as support.mycompany.com).
