As our community continues to grow, we've noticed that many members have been generously sharing invaluable insights, knowledge, and tools across the internet. This comes in many forms—newsletters, blog posts, tutorials, videos, and more—not just within our forums but elsewhere. To enable the spirit of community-driven learning and make these resources more accessible, we've created a new space for all of you —The External Resources Topic.

The purpose of this topic is to serve as a space for all of your user-created resources, where you can easily share and find these materials all in one centralized location. Whether it's a favorite blog post from a trusted author, an insightful online tutorial, or a webinar with valuable tips and tricks, this is the place to share and discover. 

To ensure a positive and constructive experience while sharing your resources in this topic, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Always provide a summary of the resource you're sharing, along with a link to the external content while creating a post. This will give community members a clear idea of the content at a glance before they are redirected.
• Keep content respectful and suitable for all. Posting or linking to offensive, inappropriate, or inflammatory content contradicts the spirit of our community and will not be tolerated.
• Above all, make sure your actions align with our Zendesk Community Code of Conduct. We've established these guidelines to maintain an engaging, inclusive, and safe environment for all.
