Introducing our new community forum topic structure

Hello Community!

As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering peer-to-peer conversations and providing valuable resources for you, we are rolling out new discussion topics in our online community. Centered around achieving success with Zendesk, harnessing artificial intelligence, elevating your customer experience, and sharing valuable Zendesk-related resources created by you, our users, these topics open up some new avenues for discussion,  and learning.

Based on your feedback, we have also broken our product support topics into dedicated Q&A spaces for each of our products, designed to enhance your experience in seeking answers and discovering solutions.

The goal of these changes is to improve your experience by making it easier for you to find the conversations you’re looking for. This community is always an evolving space, so let us know what you think, if you think anything is missing or confusing, or, of course, if you like it. Please share your feedback in the comments below.

Here’s a rundown of the new discussion spaces we’ve added as well as some other changes, and what you can expect to find there: 

Success with Zendesk

Each month, our Customer Success team curates resources around a theme to help you find expert insights and actionable guidance on topics we know that you have questions about. It's designed to provide a comprehensive exploration of best practices and strategic tips to help you use  Zendesk tools. We encourage you to check out the resources here, and ask best practices questions, like “what should I consider when planning my knowledge base structure?” or “what’s the most efficient way to manage ticket escalations?” (Product-specific and technical questions are a better fit for the Q&A topics.) 

Artificial Intelligence

AI is the hot topic these days, and we know you have questions about how to use it. This is your go-to space for everything AI related in customer service and support. Ask questions, share experiences, and engage with experts, thought leaders, and fellow customers on AI-related topics. Discover how AI-powered features can enhance your service delivery and customer interactions.

User Resource Library

Many users and Zendesk partners are generous in sharing their knowledge, and put together newsletters, blog posts, tutorials, videos, and more to share what they’ve learned and help others. This space is where we’ll bring together user-created resources to help you find them. If you create something, feel free to post it here. Whether it's a favorite blog post, an insightful online tutorial, or a webinar that offers valuable tips and tricks, this is your space to share these resources. 

Announcements and Events

To improve your community experience, we've restructured our Announcements and Events topic into two separate spaces. This will help streamline your search for information specific to new product releases and upcoming events.
