There is adding an inbox app in the sales channels of Shopify. Several Shopify accounts have several inboxes since each Shopify has one inbox where our customers contact us as customer contact via Facebook messages. It is necessary that zendesk have updated the new function to connect with the inbox in Shopify. So that we could connect those inboxes in Shopify to Zendesk and communicate with our customers in one Zendesk account.
