Bookmarks or some sort of flag to bring attention to a ticket

I'd like to see the ability to flag, or star, or bookmark tickets in the open pool of tickets to bring attention to them.

we have the Bookmarks option, bot that's only for your own logged in user. 

Example, We work with clients where they book meetings with us and this shows as a ticket in our inbox. I'd like to flag these so they are more easily noticed. Something like the Bookmarks are now but for all to see

+1 to this feature - definitely a must have! When you have hundreds of tickets, being able to sort by icons to seeing the icons at a glance, it would be so helpful
