    Hey Lina ,

    I would recommend taking a look at the New Request List Experience that is currently in open beta. This will provide you with more customization options without the need of heavy custom code. If the beta doesn't have what you're looking for, then you will most likely need to get a developer involved to customize the experience for specific organizations.
