My account has been deactivated due to non-payment. How can I solve the problem?

Hello, our account has been deactivated because of a default of payment because it is impossible to pay directly on Zendesk which is a pity, you have to put the amount on an account and wait that they want to deduct the amount and 2 times the total was not on the account so they cut my account with a store that runs and customers who must send emails every day, the situation is very worrying how can we talk to someone in your company it's horrible it's been 3 days we're looking for a solution and it seems impossible to talk with a real person in your company!
