Organization view > users tab > add user's fields and custom fields

Hi,

I would like to be able to quickly identify which contact to use within the organization view. That impact all our team members (Agents / Light agents).

Since we handle a lot of proactive tickets, it's crucial to swiftly determine which contact to assign the ticket to. Additionally, during rush periods, we may need to contact them by phone. Currently, we have to navigate to the customer page to find this information and select the appropriate contact.

This issue arises daily and is critical for our business as we strive for quality and spend significant time searching for the right customer to contact within organizations, based on their demands and issues.
We have contacts for various roles within sites, including quality contacts, management contacts, purchasing contacts, etc. ... 

Currently, we go into each contact page and manually search for the correct one based on custom fields, with around 1-6 contacts per organization.
Yes we could write the contact type in his name, but is not a clean and sustenable solution. And we still need their phone numbers as quickly and efficiently as possible.

What we envision is a solution similar to ticket views.
