Question about Tymeshift API vs Reports API EAP

My company is interested in sync'ing data between Tymeshift and our backend data warehouse.  I just signed up for the Reports API EAP, yet I have a couple questions about the API:

1. What is the difference between the Tymeshift API endpoints documented here (https://api.tymeshift.com/) vs what will be provided in the Reports API EAP?

2. Will OAuth API access be provided in either API?  It does not appear that the current Tymeshift API provides for either api-token or oauth (just un/pw?) so curious on the method of auth that this EAP will support.

    Answering you 1st question. That API was a brief experiment we did to start assessing our customers' main needs regarding WFM API, so what we did there was to expose our internal API to a very limited set of customers to collect feedback. The one that we are currently providing in EAP is our actual Public API to serve our customers, what will sustain our long term API vision. This reports' endpoint is the 1st endpoint and just the start - until mid May we expect to release a second endpoint for this EAP for our Public API, dedicated to Agent Activities.
     
    Regarding the authorization method, we are using Zendesk API tokens.
     
    Cassie Dederich, will be probably reaching out about this, but in the meantime I'll share with you the documentation I also forwarded to her.
