Instagram Integration - Instagram Loading Picture Issue in Chat

Regarding the Image display issue which I have reported earlier. Here are our findings from our developer.

Issue: Difference in Displaying Pictures from Instagram and Facebook

Problem Statement:

We have performed an analysis on the API’s for loading pictures from Instagram and Facebook app configured in Smooch.

Below is the analysis of the same.

The API is different for both, we also noticed that for Facebook, the API is from Smooch, however Instagram seems to be using direct Meta API’s.

When we use the Instagram API, the response received is below.

We need a solution where Smooch has to be provide API similar/same as Facebook  for Instagram or let us know alternative for resolving above issue.
