Can API-created tickets be displayed in the notification list

When I create a ticket via API, is it possible to show the ticket in the notification list via API as well?

While we provide a suite of APIs for engaging with various elements of our service, unfortunately, there isn't an API endpoint specifically dedicated to a "notification list."
 
Nevertheless, Zendesk does feature an array of triggers and automations. These tools are designed to automatically send out notifications in response to particular ticket events. These notifications can be dispatched through email, SMS, or even webhooks to integrate with outside systems. For instance, you can set up a trigger to notify relevant individuals whenever a ticket is either created or modified.
