How to improve app ranking in Zendesk marketplace

Hi, we published our sales/service automation tool with generative AI into Zendesk marketplace couple months ago. However, we did not get any users and we noticed that our ranking in the marketplace is quite low. So I am wondering if anybody can share some tips about improving the marketplace ranking?
