I would like to know how to close a conversation between an agent and a user when transferring from a bot builder to an agent.

I am using the bot builder for messaging functionality.
I am using the step of forwarding to an agent in the bot builder.
My question is I would like to know how to close the conversation between the agent and the user when it is transferred from the bot builder to the agent.
I would like to know how to do this because the conversation is not closed even when the ticket is resolved.
