Selenium and CloudFlare

We have a couple of apps that run on Zendesk, we have an automation testing framework in place using Selenium.

Up until recently everything has been running smoothly however now we keep running into Cloud Flare verify you're human and as a result the testing framework now fails at log in every time.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? How have they overcome it reliably?

Is there a way to turn Cloud Flare off for a specific Zendesk?
